MEDICAL DESCRIPTION OF NOVOMERO S 1.5GM INJECTION

Novomero S 1.5gm Injection contains Meropenam 1000mg and Sulbactam 500mg used to treat severe bacterial infections such as Bacterial meningitis, Pneumonia, Skin, and skin structure infections, and Intra-abdominal infections. Mainly this infection affects the lungs, skin, and skin structures, abdomen, and brain. Meromac is an antibiotic that kills the bacteria that cause infections. Sulbactam is a Î² lactamase inhibitor. It should be given with antibiotic, which works by inhibiting the Î² lactamase enzyme (destroys the action of antibiotics) produced by bacteria. The combination of this medicine helps to fight against microbes and also prevents the growth of bacteria. This medicine is not used for common flu and cold symptoms that occur due to viral infections. This medicine is commonly prescribed for cough and colds caused by bacterial and parasitic infections.

Bacterial infections

The bacterial diseases are cholera, bacterial meningitis, tetanus, gonorrhea, pneumonia, and syphilis. Bacterial meningitis

Novomero S 1.5gm Injection contains Meropenem is a Carbapenem antibiotic is used to treat bacterial infections. It blocks the bacterial cell wall synthesis which is essential for bacterial growth and also prevents the spreading of infections without making them resistant to further treatment. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that produces its action by inhibiting the enzymes which are produced by the bacteria. This enzyme inactivates the effect of the antibiotic. The combination with Subactum helps to reduce the development of resistance and increase the action of Meropenem against bacteria.
