Common side effects of Mific Plus 100mg Injection include stomach upset, tinnitus/ringing in the ear, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, light-headedness, pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.
